currently looking for someone to take roommates' place. The apartment is on West third street between F and Dorchester Street. Included in our rent is a 2 car garage. I have an SUV that can’t fit in the garage so I currently rent out my spot for $200 a month. You could use it as a guest spot, use the spot, or rent it out. The place also is close to Bus or a walk to the Broad way Tstop on the Red Line. The place is a great deal for Boston.
