I live in a really cute 2-bedroom house with one roommate, but she is moving out in August, so I'm looking for someone to sign from aug 2006-aug 2007. It would be possible to move in as early as may, because I will be gone and subleasing over the summer. The house has on-site laundry, off-street parking, back yard, 4-season porch, and full basement. It's a really old house (1865) so there are lots of cool facets.
