I have a 2 bedroom 2 & 1/2 bathrooms. I had a roommate who decided she doesn't want to move out. The deposit and signing the lease is this Monday, May 18th. I have two guinea pigs, but I am very clean and organized. I am looking for a roommate and it's URGENT. My mom has offered to pay the deposit if necessary, so if you can't have the money by Monday, it is not a problem!:)
