Branford, I have a 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath house with a three car garage. It is newer, & modern. It is on 2 acres but on water company private trust land so it’s completely private, yet 8 miles to Yale, 2 miles to center, 3 miles to beach. I have been here two years now.
