Hello, I am looking for someone to take over my lease starting end of December until July 31, 2019. It's a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment located across the street from KU campus (only takes 15 minutes to walk to Jaywawk Blvd. Apartment is fully furnished. My roommate is a very nice and tidy person. Rent is $399.50 excl. electricity. The room is large and has a big window. The complex (Meadowbrook) comes with many great perks. Only female roommates.
