I have a room in my Seaside home for rent. It is a quiet, comfortable home. You have a shared bathroom (only shared when I have guests, otherwise its private). There is a mini-refrigerator, microwave, and washer/dryer in the room. There is no smoking, no pets, and no overnight guests. I am a retired, active schoolteacher, with a small Yorkshire Terrier. There is a beach to kayak, boat, and swim nearby. We have wonderful sunrise & sunsets!
