Room is furnished but can be removed for renters stuff. there are no phone or cable connections in room but could be added. I use the third bedrrom as an office and there is room for another desk and computer if desired(I don't mind sharing). The only thing we would split is the phone bill. I am very laid back, neat, and have one cat. I smoke but only outside. I am willing to really share the house not just rent a room so I am looking for someone I really could connect with.
