We had two roommates back out last minute from signing onto the lease for our 4 bed 4.5 bath house in West End. We have two upstairs rooms available each with a walk-in closet and full bathroom as well as amazing sunset views. The living spaces are furnished but the rooms are not. Rent is $450/room/month and utilities are usually about $70 (water, electricity, and internet). There are two female roommates who are juniors and one male who graduated May 2020. There are also two super cute pups!
