Live on the beach in a modern Condo. It is one block from the waves. And it is 5 minutes away from freeway in car. I am offering a room for rent in my three story condo. Condo has wood floors and burbur carpet in bedrooms. The kichen is fully equipped and the living room has a LCD big screen TV. The room for rent has its own bathroom, walk in closet and balcony. This a tranquill neighborhood so am looking for a tranquill person to rent too. Prefer woman. Rent is $650 and the deposit is $500.
