I have a house which I am moving into that will be around $1500. Private rooms have natural sunlight that comes in. Hard wood floors throughout the entire house. Each room has a decent sized closet and can come furnished if need be. Two rooms do share a bathroom, if the master bedroom is asked for it does come at a steeper price. The house does have a washer and dryer on property. All utilities are included: water, gas, electricity, waste management, and even internet.
