Hi, I like to be quiet, but sometimes I am restless, so i usually go run around in town(not to wake anybody up). I spend an average of 8- 10 hrs at home and I don't hang around riff raft. I am an Artist; sketching, oil painting, etc. So a balcony or a veiw would be great but it is not a must. I am looking to move into a place that has specific style, nothing too bland. As you can tell i tend to be a little straight forward and i don't avoid getting to the point.
