I have a small fully furnished room in a house I am renting. All you need is to bring yourself. It has a TV, adjustable bed, chair, worktables, lamps, fans, dresser, all linens, and two stereos. I am asking $500 plus utilities but could go a little lower. I am open to a single male or female roommate. I would prefer no smokers and druggies. Per my lease with the landlord, no pets are allowed. The bathroom would be shared as other parts of the house and yard. There is off-road parking.
