I have a bedroom I'm renting out in candlestick park in prattville. It's semi-furnished with a bed and dresser. Nice place, kept up really well. I'd prefer someone who isn't a slob, but I'm not a clean freak myself so it's all good. I do have 2 cats, so if you're allergic, sorry! I'm real laid back and prefer the same.
