it's a nice little apt......and you can have a cat or kitten but be aware that i have ferrets wich look like a mix between a meerkat and a cat so they may look like a rodent to your cat but my cat has grown up with them so she knows better. if your cat is a danger to my ferrets then you are not eligable to stay at my place....and no dogs sorry but unless it's little and is no danger to my fuzzies then it's out of the question. thank you and have a good day. sam
