The place is furnished except the bedroom. Rent doesn't include utilities, we would split the electric, garbage, internet, & cable; half is about $80. I have 2 inside dogs, medium sized, very quiet, friendly & loving. I need a roomate who is dog friendly and is willing to help out if I'm not around. I'm not expecting you to me a dog-sitter but if they are hungry or need to go to the bathroom I don't want them to be ignored. I have a small fenced space in the back so they don't need to be walked.
