I have a 3 br , 2 bath home and I could use the help with rent and utilities. I'm 57 years old and I work locally as an electrician. I prefer a female roommate because they tend to be more clean and tidier and more organized. Rent is negotiable. I don't mind guests, as long as it doesn't interfere with my schedule. If you can cook, is a definite plus. ;)
