Looking for a roommate to split rent and utilities with in a quiet, respectful, and clean three-bedroom home in very nice, clean, and centrally located part of Sumter. 15 minutes from Shaw AFB, fenced in backyard with fire pit, it is a three-bedroom 2 bath newer and energy efficient house, equipped with a new washer and dryer, new kitchen appliances, and utility bills are very reasonable. Two bedroom are currently available, looking to fill just one or both as soon as possible. If you are in the military, the rental company WILL approve you.
