I'm currently a student at WTC in the Graphic Design program, graduating in May. My housing situation has suddenly changed, and thus I just need a place to stay during school days. I work out of town, and so may only be at home 3-4 nights/wk. I'm an ideal tenant, am responsible and quiet, and have cash for several months up front.
