My husband and I have a large apartment and we would like to rent one of the rooms for $350. This includes electric, water, sewer, trash, cable, internet, and netflix. You would have a private room, shared living room/dinning room, kitchen, bathroom, and shared office space. To add to that, I love to cook so if you help with groceries you will be fed and fed well! We do have three cats so we can only allow one CAT at most.....
