Super nice place! Newish appliances, Its technically handicapped so the bathrooms giant, and the kitchens a tad bit bigger. The bedrooms are OK sized, but not too bad. Theres a breakfast bar. Water, Heat, Plowed Parking, & Garbage taken care of in rent. We pay Electric & WIFI. So on top of the $230 it'll be about $20 for WIFI(that depends on how fast we want the net) & $15 for Electricity(depends on how much we use, I'm good about shutting things off/unplugging things).
