Room for rent is on top floor with 2 of the other bedrooms. If another person moves into the extra room, you would share the bathroom. If we keep the house at 3 people, it will be all your own. We do have room for more furniture if you have some. Huge living room with projector, awesome kitchen, big fenced in yard with hot tub, bbq and patio, 'game' room with pool table and darts, laundry room, storage room for camping, sports gear, storage boxes, etc.
