I fill the roommate essentials - I = pay, I am quiet, I am clean. I have a bachelor's degree, did a little international travel, etc. I enjoy reading, cooking, fishing, working on my computer. Somewhat handy with cars. Pretty well rounded. Roommate who keeps common areas clean and uncluttered. Relatively quiet. If pet, must be well toilet trained. Not a big partier at home. I like to watch some football on weekends. Roommates don't need to socialize with me, but could if they want to.
