I'm looking for an apartment for the next 6-18 months as I finish my graduate degree at MSU. My ideal location is under $500 with utilities, located close to the campus and in a safe part of town. As far as furniture and cleaning go I'm pretty minimalist so I don't take up very much space and I keep my personal area meticulously clean. I prefer to have my own bathroom. I'm just now moving to MO so I don't currently have a job but I have one lined up to start in August.
