2-Bedroom area with a private bathroom. Full access to kitchen, living room (with large smart TV). There is a private pantry and full access to washer/dryer and backyard (not fenced in). The last tenant rented both rooms and turned the second room into a private living room. I have two dogs and willing to negotiate a discount with someone that can help me with the dogs throughout the day. I'm allergic to cats so unfortunately, I can't have them around.
