This is a brand new home it's huge. You would have your own bathroom and of course private bedroom. I live in the home with my wife and 2 kids. We are not noisy people really sometimes my son gets up to early on the weekends but it's not bad. We do have a party from time to time. Smoke outside only. Close to Tacoma, Pyallup, and South hill mall. Close to base if you're in the military like me just through east gate. Any other questions just ask.
