I have a 2000+ sqft home 4Br/2Ba one level in a nice Neighborhood on a half acre lot. I work 2 jobs and am rarely home. The home is furnished bedroom is also furnished with bed and nightstand. I have a chest of drawers I could also move into the room if needed. Utilities/wifi included. No cable but chrome cast and Netflix are available. Washer and dryer also. I have my sons on weekends usually from Friday after work until Sunday afternoon. I don't smoke, drink, or use drugs. I'm 48 Divorced dad.
