I am subleasing my room, because my soon-to-be husband and I got a place of our own. The girls are incredible, no issues the whole time we’ve lived together. It's a good size room. You will share a bathroom, but it’s plenty spacious for 2 people, lots of counter space. All utilities are included in rent, internet is a separate $20 a month.
