Hello, My name is Sabrina Fulcher.  I am 19 y/o and a student at UC Santa Cruz.  I'm coming back to LA for the summer and I need a place to stay.  I already have a guaranteed job lined up when I get there so I would never miss a beat with rent.  I promise.  Open minded, and friendly.  I don't plan to have a lot of visitors but it would be nice to have some over every now and then if it's not too much trouble for you.  Very flexible and easy to live with.
