Rent will cover the master-bedroom + master bath and large walk in closet, and high-speed wireless internet and cable. I do have a HD-DVR box in the living room, so no need to miss any of our favorite shows. In the apartment there is a washer and dryer, and well set kitchen to include a microwave. The bedroom is unfurnished, but the rest of the apartment is already set up.
