Hello, I moved to the area for medical reasons. I am living with my elderly parents. I need to live elsewhere. Cannot afford to live on my own so, this is an option I never thought of before. I am hoping to stay in the Surprise, Sun City, Sun City West area preferably. I am on disability so money is tight. Rent price would have to be set in stone...no increases please.
