We have a room to rent in Royal Vista. It's a really nice, safe, quiet and relaxing area only a 10 min drive downtown. There is currently 1 guy and 1 girl living here. We need a roommate to move in in the end of June. June's rent is paid. The lease will be up in September so if you took over the lease you would be able to continue living here month to month and you will not be locked in to any specific time limit. Electric, gas, and cable when split 3 ways is around $50 a month.
