I don't know much about the property yet, but my friend who lives across the street from it is talking to his landlord, who owns it, and then they will call me. Hopefully it will be pay-by-room, instead of both of us paying the total 600. Therefore, if one of us can't meet rent, the other doesn't have to cover it all.
