I live in a nice little privately owned quadplex. I have a nice front porch and a little yard which is pretty private for our building. Street parking only. Fully furnished bedroom w/ twin bed, desk, walk-in closet, and nightstand in your room. Bathroom has a nice big tub and shower. Huge living room and eat-in kitchen.
