I'm 19 and I live with my boyfriend who is 20.. We have a cat, but can only have one. We live in Mansfield and are both students. We need someone in here ASAP, we have an extra room available. Our rent is $1020/month and heat & hot water are included. Our utilities are electricity, cable and internet. If we divide rent and those utilities by 3 we should each be paying around $360, which isn't bad at all.
