My roommate and I have a beautiful 2 story house. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, a great little back yard with a newly built patio, a kitchen area and a tv room. We have an unfinished basement where our washer and dryer is (and also a place to store some items if need be) We are a block away from a rec center, numerous parks, a small mini mart, coffee shop, flower shop and video/ice cream store. Our house is centrally located and takes 15 minutes to get downtown and boulder.
