Newly refurbished unit. There are two separate living spaces one on each floor. The bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. Parking will be in the lot for the condo residents to use. I will cover all utilities. I am a hotel manager and I work a lot, typically from 7-6 or somewhere along that time frame. I would like a roommate that is similar to me in that I enjoy quiet on my weekday nights when I have to work the next day. Tidiness is important too.
