I have a house with 4 bedrooms. I'm renting out 2. The rest of the house is furnished, and you can feel free to use it. Rent includes everything. I don't have a phone line- cell phone. I do have wireless high speed internet and basic cable (we can negotiate). The house is in the country and is on 1.3 acres.
