I am a nice, respectful, quiet, clean, mature, professional woman, looking for a rental beginning November, 2019. I am looking for a reasonably priced room, mother-in-law suite, or basement in a single family house. It must have a private bathroom and windows. I do a good deal of house-sitting/pet-sitting, especially during the summer months and holidays. I am barely around during those times, and am away most weekends. Thus, I am hoping to keep the rent to $400 per month. I don't smoke, drink, or take drugs. I don't party, or make excessive noise. My only weakness is coffee.
