Nice 2 bedroom, 2 bath, loft, 2-car garage, fenced backyard townhome in quiet NE lawrence, near the hospital. Short walk to city and University bus stops. I'm not sure how big the townhome inself is sq.ft-wise, however the bedroom is something like 15x17. Will share one of two bathrooms and common areas (LR, DA, Garage, Kitchen). Utilities are not included. At current we do have cable and internet, however new person coming in should be capable and putting it in their name. I love my home!
