I just moved to the area less than a year ago, so I am looking to make friends as well as find cheap lodging. I'm pretty laid back, I like to joke around a lot, drink on weekends, and generally have a good time. I am looking for a place preferably west of I-17. I don't want a party-all-the-time house, and I don't want a parties-are-banned house either. I'm looking for something in the middle. Other than that I'm not to picky.
