A cozy row house that needs a little work. It is a small project for me to work on while I'm in school. But that shouldn't affect anyone living there too much. Rent is a little misleading so I'll explain... it's only 150 for rent but this doesn't include bills. The house itself is also very convenient for anyone who needs to get in and out of the city. Philadelphia's 69th st station is only a 15 minute walk away. From there you can take several modes of transportation to anywhere in the city.
