Hall bath, Kitchen and common areas are community usage as there are four adults currently in residence. Must be ok with Dogs, Cats and kids, we have a well behaved 16 month old toddler. We are seeking someone with a steady job, must provide six months pay stubs as proof. The room will be available June 23rd.
