spacious ranch-style house; very open. not sure of actual square footage; just guessed. Huge living room though. very relaxed environment. one roommate flunked out and moved home over break, and splitting the rent/utilities 3 ways instead of 4 *really sucks*. we like to party but are very academically responsible as well (well, except for the guy that moved out).
