Looking for a place with roommates who are respectful of sleep schedules and privacy. Common area cleanliness is a really good thing (kitchen/bath if shared), and otherwise, just simplicity. I'm not much for TV. I'd prefer all utilities be included in the rent - I'm only going to be there, for all practical purposes, at night - and a few hours before I sleep!
