Total rent is 2600, looking for a roommate to split rent in half. Empty room available with shared bathroom but has separate entrance. 1/2 bathroom located downstairs. Condo is not furnished as of right now, last roommate took it with them. I have no kids or pets but if you do that is ok! I’m a very neat and clean person who loves privacy but always friendly and willing to help with anything! :)
