I have a spacious (0.3 acres), fenced in back yard, also a 2 car garage, deck, laundry room, storage area, etc. Close to shopping, tons of restaurants, & connecting to Hwy 41 & Hwy 441. Rent would be $465/mo + 1/2 utilities (which include cable/internet, heat/electricity, water... which are less than $290/mo). If I find another person to rent out other room, rent would be $310 + 1/3 utilities.
