I am very quiet and tend to stay in my room most of the time. I am also very tidy and spend most of the time studying. I do sometimes have friends over but it never gets obnoxiously loud. I am looking for one roommate to live at Brick Towne in Ames fall of 2021-spring 2022. It has an in unit washer/dryer and is around 1000 sq ft. I am willing to pay a little over half if needed. I can also provide most of the living room furniture.
