It's a brand new HOA and a brand new townhome with granite countertops, small backyard, and partially furnished. I'm paying more than twice what you will pay for the master, garage, and office, the two empty rooms are upstairs what wont be furnished while mine is downstairs and will be completely furnished. The upstairs also has it's own living room if you wish to use it but it also isn't furnished.
