I have 2 rooms in my home for rent, good size room is 500, huge room is 600, or will rent both for 800, rooms are both upstairs with a living room area and big bathroom, would be great for a parent with the every other weekend type arrangement. Home has a nice patio and backyard with a fire pit and horse shoe area, and a garden area. Outside smokers only, no drugs or heavy drinkers.
