Good evening, I am looking for a new place to stay soon if you have a spare room available near Joplin/Webb City, the closer to Webb City the better. I have a full time job with paystubs as evidence and transportation. I am willing to pay up to $400 a month w/ utilities included. I would prefer a non smoking home, outside is fine with me. I have no kids, no pets, I don’t smoke, drink, or do drugs. I tend to keep to myself, but am friendly.
